How to claim a prize
If your ticket matches any winning combination, follow these steps to preserve and claim your prize.
- Sign the back of the ticket immediately — this protects ownership.
- All claims must be submitted within 180 days of the drawing date.
- Prizes of $600 or less: can be redeemed at authorized Oklahoma Lottery retailers or at the Winner Center in Oklahoma City.
- Prizes between $601 and $49,999: claim in person at the Winner Center or submit by mail. Payments are issued by check or direct deposit (ACH).
- Prizes of $50,000 or more: required to be claimed in person at the Winner Center or by mail; documentation is required for in-person claims (ticket front and back photo, valid ID, proof of Social Security number and a completed claim form).
Mail-in claims: send the original, signed ticket plus a completed claim form to Oklahoma Lottery, P.O. Box 548810, Oklahoma City, OK 73154. If requesting direct deposit, include a voided check or bank letter with account details.
