Last Saturday, The News in cooperation with Yukon National Bank and Devon Energy put on a blood drive in the Trade Center Terrace Shopping Center parking lot. To say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. By noon, 36 Mustang residents had donated and more were lined up to give.

In fact, the Oklahoma Blood Institute had to send out a worker to get more bags of goodies for the donors. We are deeply appreciative of all those who chose to donate. Thank you so much. We would also like to thank Brenda at YNB for her great generosity.
