Anna serves as the Lead Digital Producer at News 9, where she has overseen social and online coverage since October 2023. Her role shapes how local reporting is packaged and distributed across platforms, influencing what viewers see first on social feeds and the station’s website.
Born in Texas, Anna spent part of her childhood in Colorado Springs before her family moved to Norman in 2008. She studied both journalism and business at the University of Kansas, and while a student she covered the Kansas Jayhawks’ run to the 2022 national championship — an early assignment that helped refine her reporting and digital storytelling skills.
After graduating, she returned to Oklahoma to join the newsroom she watched growing up. In her current position at News 9, Anna plans and produces social media campaigns, writes and edits online articles, and coordinates multimedia content to boost engagement and clarity for local audiences.
