Thursday night fire damages Mustang home
A garage glaze brought Mustang firefighters out Thursday night.
The department was called to the fire, at 1047 E. Diane Terrace, at 9:29 p.m., administrative assistant Norma Brown said Friday.
“The flames were already through the roof of the garage when they arrived,” she said.
The homeowners, who remained unnamed, were outside and the family’s pets were saved, Brown said. The fire was contained before it spread from the garage area.
While the cause of the blaze was still under investigation, officials estimated the structure suffered about $30,000 in damage.
