Beulah Bell (Tipton) Meyers, 78, died Friday at her home in Oklahoma City. Services were Wednesday at Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Oklahoma City with burial following in Sunnylane Cemetery.
Mrs. Meyers was born March 31, 1930, at Boggy Depot and grew up at Coleman. She attended Coleman Schools and after she married, she lived much of her younger adult life in various towns in southeast Oklahoma. She moved with her family to Del City in 1962 and lived there until moving to her present home in 1985. Mrs. Meyers worked several years for Rosebud Cleaners and later for the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety. She was a member of Calvary Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include her husband Harry “Hubcap” Meyers of the home; daughters Carolyn Joy Greeson and Karen Lynn Riley, both of Del City and Sharon Leeann Smith of Sanford, Colo.; three sisters, Vearlene Gallagher, JoAnn Sharp and Loretta Steward; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
